Ingredients
Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Boil the chicken pieces with turmeric powder
& some salt. Once cooked drain the stock and shred the chicken using a mixer. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and sauté well. Add chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well. Add the shredded chicken, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. The filling is ready. Boil 1-1/2 cup of water with salt. Pour the hot water to the rice flour little by little and mix it with a spoon. Keep it aside till it is warm enough to handle. Take some dough and make a ball out of it (like for chapattis) Place it on the plastic sheet and press evenly to form a thin circle of rice dough. Add 2 tsp of filling on one side of dough, cover with the other side of dough and pinch the edges together to make a crescent shape. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and filling. Place this in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes on medium flame. Tasty Steamed Chicken Ada is ready. Enjoy!!!Method
