Ingredients
- Coconut Oil
- Onion-3
- Tomato -2
- Ginger-small piece
- Garlic - 5 pieces
- Water
- Egg-4
- Salt
- Sugar-1 Tspn
- Red chilli powder-1 spoon
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tspn
- Coriander powder -2 tspn
- Green chilli -2
- Garamasala-1/4tspn
- Curry leaves
Method
Step 1
Add 2 tables spoon oil to the cooker and heat it.
Step 2
Add Onions to it and sort it
Step 3
Add Garlic, ginger ,green chilli, and curry leaves.
Step 4
After a few minutes add tomato.
Step 5
Then add 1/4 T spoon turmeric powder,1 spoon chilli powder,2 spoon coriander powder,1/4 T spoon Garamasala, pinch of salt and 1 spoon of sugar
Step 6
Add water to it. close the cooker and after 4 whistles off the flame.
Step 7
Serve it into the bowl and add 4 boiled eggs to it.
