Dates can used in cakes, pickles, puddings, jam, salads, curry, etc. It is a fruit helps to increase the body weight. It will also a relief for some diseases like anemia, heart diseases, abdominal cancer, etc. It is a good source for the recovery of certain kind of injury and illness. Its seeds are also rich in nutritious value.
