Egg puffs are very common snack among us. But most of us eaten from the bakeries and snack bars. Try this easy version which is absolutely a delighting experience. The homemade eggs puffs can be prepared without losing the texture and taste that we get from the bakeries. You can prepare the stuffing as you prefer. Here I am using eggs for stuffing.

Ingredients
Boil and remove the shell of the eggs. Cut the egg into two pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute until onion turns golden brown. Reduce heat to low. Add red chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala. Mix well and saute for 3 minutes. Finally, add coriander leaves. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.
Lay the pastry sheet on a plain surface. Roll out and cut them into 6 squares. Place 2 tsp of onion mixture at the centre and place the half piece of hard boiled egg on it . Fold the four sides to centre and gently press the tips with your finger to seal. Brush the top with beaten egg. Repeat the steps with all the puffs pastry squares. Line the baking tray with a parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the egg puffs on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Tasty Egg Puffs is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.Method
