Aegean Slaw Recipe – Vegetable Salad
Aegean Slaw is cabbage based salad that provides dietary fiber, vitamin K, vitamin C, and vitamin B6. It is a simple and healthy salad that can be easily prepared within minutes at home.

Try out this quick and simple salad at your home.
- White cabbage - 250 gm ( shredded )
- Red cabbage - 25 gm ( shredded )
- Carrot - 50 gm
- Parsley leaves - 3 tbsp ( chopped )
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
- Paparika - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon zest - Half of a lemon
- Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
Wash and chop white and red cabbage into small pieces. Wash and grate the carrot.
Take a glass jar and add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, paparika, black pepper powder, lemon zest, salt and mix well.
Add white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and parsley leaves for the slaw and toss.
Tasty Aegean Slaw is ready.
Serve as a side dish with any main meal.
