Ingredients
- Beetroot - 100 gm
- Ginger - 20 gm
- Lemon - 2 nos
- Jaggery syrup - 4 tbsp
- Chilled Water - 2 glass
- Ice cubes - 3 nos
Method
Step 1
Peel off the beetroot skin, clean with water and grate it. Remove the seeds and extract the juice from the lemons and keep aside.
Step 2
Blend the beetroot, ginger, lemon juice and water in a blender.
Step 3
Filter the mixture through a sieve and extract the juice.
Step 4
Add jaggery syrup and mix the juice well.
Step 5
Pour this into serving glass. Serve with ice-cubes.
Step 6
Tasty Beetroot Lemon Cooler is ready.
