Ingredients
Heat a non stick pan and roast the besan flour in a medium heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the melted the ghee and further roast for another 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool. Prepare sugar syrup: Heat a pan with sugar and water and wait till the sugar gets completely melted. Cook for 5 minutes till a thin syrup is formed.
Add cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the flame. Add this sugar syrup to the roasted besan and mix with a wooden spoon. Let it cool till warm enough to handle. Grease your hand with 1 tsp of ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a round ball. Prepare ladoos with the rest of the besan mixture. Tasty besan ladoo is ready.Method
