Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet item. There are many varieties in laddu as Besan ladoo, rava ladoo, mango ladoo etc.
Bese ke ladoo can be served in special occasions like birthday party, wedding party and festivals like Diwali and Holi.

Ingredients
Heat a non stick pan and roast the besan flour in a medium heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the melted the ghee and further roast for another 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool. Prepare sugar syrup: Heat a pan with sugar and water and wait till the sugar gets completely melted. Cook for 5 minutes till a thin syrup is formed.
Add cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off the flame. Add this sugar syrup to the roasted besan and mix with a wooden spoon. Let it cool till warm enough to handle. Grease your hand with 1 tsp of ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a round ball. Prepare ladoos with the rest of the besan mixture. Tasty besan ladoo is ready.Method
