- Black olives - 10 nos ( pitted, halved )
- Cucumber - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
- Tomato - 1 no ( chopped )
- Onion - 1 no ( peeled and chopped )
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash cucumber, onion, tomato. Slice it into thin round pieces.
Step 2
Add tomato, onion, cucumber and black olives into a large salad mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add vinegar, pepper powder, olive oil and salt into it and mix well. Tasty Black Olive Tomato Salad is ready.
