Ingredients
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add onion and stir fry until onion become translucent. Add cabbage followed by 2 table spoon water to the above mixture and mix well. Cook for another 1 minute and add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Mix well and allow to cook in low flame for 5 minutes. Stir and check if any water is remaining to evaporate. If water is remaining, increase the flame and allow the water to evaporate.
