Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink from Indian Subcontinent and originates from Punjab. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.

Ingredients
- Carrot- 1 no
- Sugar- 3 tbsp
- Yogurt / Curd- 200 gm
- Chilled water- 50 ml
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
Method
Step 1
Peel the carrots and wash well with water. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a blender add the carrot pieces, ginger, water and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add yogurt and sugar to it, blend again for 3 minutes. Pour into the glasses.
Step 4
Tasty Carrot Lassi is ready.
