Carrot Lassi  is a colourful delicious cool lassi to beat the summer heat. This is healthy as well as a tasty drink.

Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink from Indian Subcontinent and originates from Punjab. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.

Most of the benefits of carrots can be attributed to their beta-carotene and fiber content. This root vegetable is also a good source of antioxidant agents. Furthermore, they are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.

  • Carrot- 1 no
  • Sugar- 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt / Curd- 200 gm
  • Chilled water- 50 ml
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch


Step 1

Peel the carrots and wash well with water. Cut the carrots into small pieces.

Step 2

Take a blender add the carrot pieces, ginger, water and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Add yogurt and sugar to it, blend again for 3 minutes. Pour into the glasses.

Step 4

Tasty Carrot Lassi is ready.
