Carrot Milk Shake is a tasty drink good  for hot summer days refresh your body.  This recipe is same as the Beetroot Milk Shake which I have already shared in another blog in same site. Here I am sharing this simple recipe from my summer beverages list.

This variety drink can also be made for parties as well.  This wonderful milk shake quench your thirst and please your eyes with its nice yellow color. Its really very easy to make milkshake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrot peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 cup Fresh milk boiled and chilled
  • Sugar for taste
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence

Method

Step 1

Boil carrot in 1 cup water until the Carrot is very soft.

Step 2

Cool the carrots and grind well along with water in which carrot is boiled adding enough milk. Add required sugar as per your taste. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Once carrot is grinded well, add vanilla essence and mix the milkshake. Serve to a glass with ice cubes. Enjoy the drink.
