Papaya Muskmelon Smoothie is a flavourful, colourful and nutritious drink. The speciality of smoothies is that the strangest of ingredients combine well to give great results.

Musk melons are a powerhouse of health. They are loaded with so many nutrients that they almost seem like the superhero of fruits. They are abundantly available in the summers and have a super high percentage of water content.

Papayas are rich sources of antioxidants and nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids. It is also rich in B vitamins, folate, pantothenic acid, minerals, potassium, copper, magnesium and fiber.

  • Papaya - 100 gm ( peeled and roughly chopped )
  • Muskmelon - 100 gm ( peeled and chopped )
  • Chilled milk - 1/2 cup ( 200 ml )
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes - 3 nos
  • Vanilla ice-cream - 2 scoop


Step 1

Blend papaya, muskmelon, chilled milk, sugar, vanilla ice-cream in a blender for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Pour it into a glass and garnish with ice cubes.

Step 3

Tasty Papaya Muskmelon Smoothie is ready.
