Cashewnut Balls Recipe

With regard to nutrition value of Cashew nuts, they are good source of vitamin B, potassium, and folic acid. Cashew nuts also contain phosphorus, magnesium, copper, and high amounts of tryptophan. Iron and calcium is also found in cashewnuts.

Ingredients
- Cashew nuts - 2 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Jaggery powdered - 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method
Step 1
Dry roast the cashew nuts.
Step 2
Grind the roasted cashew nuts using a mixer into fine powder and transfer it to a large bowl.
Step 3
Put the powdered jaggery in mixer along with grated coconut. And grind them properly.
Step 4
Now add this to the powdered cashew nut along with the cardamom powder.
Step 5
Combine well and shape into small balls using your hand.
Step 6
Tasty Cashewnut Balls is ready.
