- Bread Slice - 4 piece
- Cooked Vermicelli - ½ cup
- Milk - 2 cup
- Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
- Condensed Milk - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - 6 tbsp (Adjust according to taste)
- Pinch of Salt
- Strawberry Syrup - 6 spoons (Optional for decoration)
Cook vermicelli, drain extra water and keep aside.
Then prepare milk cream in a separate bowl. To prepare milk cream boil milk and mix vanilla essence, condensed milk and sugar to taste followed by a pinch of salt.
Take a thick glass serving bowl and arrange as following. First add some milk cream and place one slice bread. On the bread, spread some vermicelli and ooze some strawberry syrup. Cover the bread with milk cream. Layer the remaining bread with vermicelli, strawberry syrup and milk cream in the same way. Refrigerate for half an hour to cool the pudding.
