Chicken Franks ( Chicken Sausage) – 5 Minutes Spicy Stir Fry is one of the simplest and fastest snack of my kitchen.
- 10 chicken franks cut into thin rings
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- 10 curry leaves
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and shallow fry chicken franks for 3 minutes.
Add fennel seed powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and curry leaves to fried chicken franks and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Switch off the flame and serve Stir Fried Spicy Chicken Franks / Sausage with tomato Ketchup.
