Chicken Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese recipe. This is so tasty and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken - 500gm
  • White Pepper Powder -1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1/2 tbsp
  • Red Food Colour - Small pinch
  • Ajinomoto - Small pinch
  • Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 2 nos
  • Green chilly - 5 nos
  • Oil - 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl add maida, corn flour, ajinomoto, salt, white pepper powder, red colour and ginger garlic paste. Mix this well and marinate the chicken and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Take a pan heat some oil and shallow fry the chicken.

Step 3

Heat some oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste, and sliced onion. Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chilly and fried chicken pieces. Mix everything and saute for 2 minutes. Spicy Chicken Manchurian is ready to be served!
