Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken - 500gm
- White Pepper Powder -1/2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste -1/2 tbsp
- Red Food Colour - Small pinch
- Ajinomoto - Small pinch
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Maida - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 2 nos
- Green chilly - 5 nos
- Oil - 2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl add maida, corn flour, ajinomoto, salt, white pepper powder, red colour and ginger garlic paste. Mix this well and marinate the chicken and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Take a pan heat some oil and shallow fry the chicken.
Step 3
Heat some oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste, and sliced onion. Saute for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chilly and fried chicken pieces. Mix everything and saute for 2 minutes. Spicy Chicken Manchurian is ready to be served!
