Full chicken roasted with vegetables is a healthy recipe with zero percent oil. Still the chicken tastes awesome and vegetables are juicy.
The recipe goes well with toasted bread as well as steamed rice.

Ingredients
- 1 full chicken with skin removed
- 2 bowls vegetables cut into cubes
- For marination of chicken
- 1/2 cup curd
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbsp red Chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp fennel seed powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Cleans chicken after removing skin.
Step 2
Mix all items to make the marinade and rub the marinade fully on the chicken.
Step 3
Marinate for atleast 3 to 4 hours.
Step 4
After marinating chicken for 4 hours, cook the chicken along with vegetables in a rice cooker for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Note: No need to add any water.
Step 6
Your healthy roasted chicken is ready with hot boiled vegetables within 45 minutes. Eat healthy, be healthy!
