Fresh fruits are healthy! We all know this fact. But sometimes kids hesitate to eat fruits just like that. However the way we present the fruit salad will make a difference!!! Try this simple strawberry-banana “Christmas Salad”. Kids will enjoy!

Christmas salad recipe | Fruits salad with banana and strawberry recipe

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana - 1 nos
  • Strawberry - 3 nos
  • Seeds of watermelon - 6 nos

Method

Step 1

Remove skin of banana and make pieces of 1 & 1/2 inch length.

Step 2

Take a strawberry, rinse with water & cut the below part a little thick to make the base.

Step 3

Take a toothpick & fix strawberry base followed by banana.

Step 4

Fix the remaining portion of strawberry on top of banana to give a look of hat.

Step 5

Note: One strawberry is required to make one fruit salad with banana and strawberry.

Step 6

Make two small holes on banana with another toothpick & Pierce the watermelon seeds to make the eyes.

Step 7

Arrange one by one on a plate. Now your banana-strawberry fruit salad is ready to serve.
