Spicy Mathi Fry / Sardine Fry – Kerala Style Fish Fry
Try out this yummy recipe at your home.
- Mathi / Sardine - 1 kg
- Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 10 tbsp or as per your pan size
- Salt for taste
Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Rice Flour and Salt to the fish and mix well. If you feel that the masala is dry, add little water and mix well.
Add oil to a frying pan and fry the marinated fish. Cook both sides and remove it from oil.
Spicy and yummy Mathi Fry is ready.
