Ingredients
Combine rice flour, sugar, coconut and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add coconut milk to the mix to form a smooth batter consistency. Peel the bananas. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Dip banana in the batter and then put in the hot oil. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden. Remove the bananas and drain on an absorbent paper. Yummy Coconut Banana Fritters is ready.
