Ingredients
- Bone Less Chicken - 250 gm (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 11/2 tsp
- Green Chilly - 2 nos (chopped)
- Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Onion - 1 no (chopped)
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Besan / Kadala Mavu - 1/4 cup
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds - 2 pinches
- Cumin Seeds - 2 pinches
- Sunflower Oil - 3 cup
- Water - 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add 1 tsp of kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, onion, salt and mix well.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces into it and mix well. Set aside for 2 hours or a minimum of 30 minutes.
Step 4
Take another bowl and add kadala mavu, 1/2 tsp of kashmiri chilly powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, corn flour, salt, 3 tsp of water and mix well.
Step 5
Add marinated chicken pieces into it and mix well.
Step 6
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken pieces until crispy.
Step 7
Tasty Crispy Chicken Pakoras is ready.
Step 8
Serve delicious chicken pakoras with ketchup.
