Crispy fried chicken with corn flakes is the all time favorite of the family. This fried recipe is a delicious starter for party. The recipe is very very simple and easy to prepare. With few items we can convert this as main meal for the kids party.
Serve with some boiled vegetables, tomato sauce and bun to make this a full meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless Chicken (with bone also can be used)
- For marination:
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 green Chilli paste
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper powder
- For frying the Chicken:
- 2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Milk blended with 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 egg
- 2 cups Corn flakes crushed with hands
Method
Step 1
Marinate the chicken for 3 hours with the items listed above for marination.
Step 2
After 3 hours of marination, coat chicken with milk-corn flour-egg mix and keep aside.
Step 3
Heat 1 to 2 cup oil in a thick bottomed wok.
Step 4
Take the marinated chicken coated with milk-corn flour-egg mix and roll in crushed corn flakes.
Step 5
Fry these chicken pieces in hot oil and our spicy fried chicken is ready to eat. Enjoy!!!
