These spicy Crispy Fried Shrimps will certainly tickle your tastebuds, especially with the accompanying Vegetables and Tomata Sauce.
- Shrimp - 1/2 kg
- For the batter:
- All purpose Flour or Maida - 1/2 Cup
- Egg - 1
- Soya Sauce - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Bread Crumbs
- Oil - 200 gm
Make batter in a loose consistency with the above ingredients.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Take each shrimp and dip in batter first and then roll in breadcrumb to wrap the shrimp with it.
Deep fry in oil. Delicious crispy fried shrimps are ready to serve with boiled vegetables and tomato sauce.
