Rooh afza recipe – Cucumber Roohafza Milkshake

Here is a yet another mind blowing summer cooler for you – Cucumber Rooh afza drink.

Roohafza is a concentrated syrup made from fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and roots with sweet rose scent. The meaning of the name ‘Roohafza’ is rooh = soul and afza = enhances or nourishes. So as the name, the drink will nourish your soul with its cool effect.

You will get the Roohafza in all Indian supermarkets and grocery stores.

Ingredients

  • Cold Milk - 1 glass
  • Cucumber - 1/2 cup (remove skin and cut into cubes)
  • Roohafza - 5 tbsp
  • Sugar (If required)

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in blender and grind well.

Step 2

Put some ice in a glass and pour Cucumber Roohafza Milkshake to the glass.

Step 3
