- Cucumber - 2 nos
- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil - 1/2 tsp
Wash cucumber and peel off the skin. Slice it into thin round pieces.
Chop green chilly into small round pieces.
Take a mixing bowl and add cucumber, green chilly, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
Pour olive oil to this cucumber mix. Refrigerate cucumber salad for 10 minutes.
Tasty Cucumber Salad is ready.
