Easy Butter Scotch Dessert with Glucose Biscuit and Strawberry Syrup Toppings

You can customize your desserts by adding some easy and simple toppings to variety of ice creams you can get from market. Here is one of my easy customized dessert which my daughter and her friends enjoy the most.

Ingredients

  • Butterscotch Ice Cream - 1 scoop
  • Glucose Milk Biscuits crushed to powder - 2
  • Strawberry syrup - 1 spoon

Method

Step 1

Plate your butterscotch scoop and sprinkle glucose biscuit powder on top and drizzle strawberry syrup on top and at the edges of the ice cream. Serve chilled !!! Mix ingredients and eat!!!
