Ingredients
- Bread : 8 slices
- Milk : 3 tbsp
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Cardamom : 3 nos
- Oil : 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Step-1 Cut the brown sides of bread and make it fine bread crumbs using a mixer grinder . Shift the bread crumbs to a bowl. Add some milk to it and make it a soft dough. Make the dough small and shiny balls.
Step 2
Step-2 Heat a pan and add oil for frying. Fry the balls until its color fades.
Step 3
Step -3 Add 1 Cup of sugar and water to a pan . Let it boil until sugar dissolves. Continue boiling till it become thicken, add cardamom for the flavour. The sugar syrup is ready.
Step 4
Step-4 Soak the fried balls in the sugar syrup for at least 1 hour. The tasty and fluffy Gulab Jamun is ready. Serve it with sugar .
