Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe – Easy Bread Gulab Jamun

Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe– Easy Bread Gulab Jamun is a highly delicious dessert. This sweet recipe originated in India. It is a very tasty and fluffy dessert, originally made with milk solids and semolina. The sweet milky taste of Gulab Jamun melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.

Ingredients

  • Bread : 8 slices
  • Milk : 3 tbsp
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Cardamom : 3 nos
  • Oil : 4 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Step-1 Cut the brown sides of bread and make it fine bread crumbs using a mixer grinder . Shift the bread crumbs to a bowl. Add some milk to it and make it a soft dough. Make the dough small and shiny balls.

Step 2

Step-2 Heat a pan and add oil for frying. Fry the balls until its color fades.

Step 3

Step -3 Add 1 Cup of sugar and water to a pan . Let it boil until sugar dissolves. Continue boiling till it become thicken, add cardamom for the flavour. The sugar syrup is ready.

Step 4

Step-4 Soak the fried balls in the sugar syrup for at least 1 hour. The tasty and fluffy Gulab Jamun is ready. Serve it with sugar .
