Bulls eyes is a quick & easy breakfast dish, that can be prepared within 5 minutes. They are often served with toast or with other fried dishes.
In India and Nepal, bulls eye are most commonly called “poached”. As a reference to “bulls eye” targets, or “half-fried” in Southern India, indicating that they are partly cooked, even though it’s a fried egg.
During or after the frying stage, they are sometimes sprinkled lightly with condiments such as black pepper, chili powder, green chilis and salt.

Ingredients
- Egg - 2 nos
- Peeper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat a non stick pan and add 2 tsp of coconut oil.
Step 2
Crack the egg without breaking the yolk. Pour this egg into the pan.
Step 3
Cook the egg for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt and pepper to the bulls eye.
Step 5
Yummy bulls eye is ready to be served.
