Fruit Cream  | ഫ്രൂട്ട് സാലഡ് | Fruit Salad with Whipped Cream

Fruit Cream is a delicious dish in summer. Fruit Cream or Fruit Salad is a special dish containing variety of fruits and it is one of the common appetizer. However, it has great significance in our lives depending on the amount taken.

Fruit Salad contains various vitamins and minerals that can be preserve your health and make you stronger and healthier.

Fruit salad or Fruit cream has multiple properties that make it must have part of every meal. Moreover, you can surprise your guests by serving the Fruit salad on the dining table. Fruit cream or the Fruit salad is  very taste and makes your body temperature very cool and fresh.

Fruit salad is a good meal to children and to encourage them towards eat variety of fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Fresh cream - 250 gm
  • Powdered sugar - 50 gm
  • Banana - 1 nos
  • Apple - 1 nos
  • Ripe mango - 1 nos
  • Grapes - 100 gm

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl and add the cream with sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves completely with a hand mixer.

Step 2

Wash banana, apple and mango.

Step 3

Peel and cut them in small pieces.

Step 4

Wash the grapes, remove their stems.

Step 5

Mix the fruits in cream.

Step 6

Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 7

Yummy fruit cream is ready to serve.
