Fruit Falooda / Faluda is one of the favourite dessert prepared with Ice cream and mixed fruits.

Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice cream - 2 scoops
- Vermicelli / semiya - 1/2 cup
- Mixed fruits - 1 cup (mango, apple, banana, seedless grapes)
- Basil seeds - 3 tsp
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Rooh afza - 2 tsp
- Strawberry jelly - 1 packet
Method
Step 1
Add semiya to the boiling water and cook it. Drain the excess water from cooked semiya. Wash the cooked semiya with cold water.
Step 2
Wash and soak the basil seeds in water. Refrigerate the basil seeds for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the fruits and refrigerate it.
Step 4
Prepare jelly as directed in the pack. Once set, crumble the jelly lightly using a fork or spoon.
Step 5
Boil milk and sugar for 5 minuets. And refrigerate it for 5 minutes.
Step 6
In a tall glass add chopped fruits, cooked semiya, cooled milk, rooh afza, jelly pieces and a spoon of basil seeds.
Step 7
Again put some fruit pieces and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Step 8
Fruit Falooda / Faluda is ready. Enjoy!!!
