Ghee Cake is soft and spongy with extremely delicious taste. Cake is one the main part for the Christmas party. So this recipe is the perfect choice for the Christmas. By serving this special cake can make the party wonderful and can enjoy with family, friends and relatives.
For making the Ghee cake, ghee is the main ingredient and it makes the cake a unique taste. Cake is one of the favorite choice of the children. It can be used as a teatime snack or nalumani palaharam.

Ingredients
To make the cake mix, first sift maida, baking powder together at least 3 times and keep this mixture aside.
Separate egg yolks from whites. Take a large bowl beat yolks well and add in powdered sugar and 100 gm of ghee with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Then add milk and whisk well. Now add maida mix. Never add all the flour at once, add 1/3 at a time. Now beat egg whites till peaks are formed and fold this egg whites to the cake mix prepared. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Prepare a cake tin by dusting the flour in the tin after spreading oil in the tin. In a pre-heated oven of 200° C bake the cake for 35- 40 minutes. Take the cake from the oven. While the cake is still hot pour 4 tbsp of ghee over the cake.
