Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
- 1 tomato
- 2 marrow cut length wise
- 2 big onion cut into 4 pieces
- 2 green chilli
- To make the marinade:
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- For Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Method
Step 1
Place the chicken pieces in a zip-lock plastic back. To the bag add soya sauce, lemon juice, pepper powder, olive oil and salt to taste.
Step 2
Keep in fridge for marinating not less than 2 hours.
Step 3
After 2 hours keep chicken outside refrigerator to bring the chicken to room temperature.
Step 4
In an electric grill, grill the chicken for 15 minutes by turning each side.
Step 5
In the left over chicken marinade mix the vegetables and grill the vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
After grilling of chicken, coat them with butter.
Step 7
