Ingredients
Boil 4 cups of water in a large pan and add salt. Once the water starts boiling, add noodles. After the noodles are cooked strain the water and toss the noodles with the 1 tsp of oil so that they do not stick. Keep it aside. Clean and cut the vegetables. Heat a wide non stick pan, add 2 tsp of vegetable oil and add the beaten eggs with salt. Scramble the eggs and keep aside. In the same pan add 2 tsp of oil add chopped onion and garlic. When onion becomes cooked add chopped carrots, chopped beans, chopped cabbage, green chillies, capsicum and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked add soy sauce, green chilly sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder and cooked noodles. Mix well. Then add scrambled egg, magi chicken cube, celery, spring onion. Mix well and cook on low flame for 3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Tasty vegetable and egg hakka noodles is ready.Method
