Healthy banana recipe for babies | നേന്ത്രപ്പഴം കുറുക്ക്

Ingredients

  • Kerala Banana - 1 nos
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Using a steamer, cook the banana for 5 minutes in a medium flame. Take out the bananas and let it cool.

Step 2

Remove the black seeds inside the banana.

Step 3

Mash with a fork or blend it with a mixer grinder.

Step 4

Heat the ghee in a kadai then add the mashed banana with sugar and mix well for about 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.

Step 5

Tasty Mashed Banana is ready.
