Kerala style രാഗി കുരുക്ക് recipe

Ingredients

  • Ragi - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 tsp

Method

Step 1

Wash and soak ragi in water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Take a blender. Then add the soaked ragi with 1/2 cup of water and grind to a fine paste.

Step 3

Strain the mixture with a strainer.

Step 4

To a pan add milk, water, sugar and ragi mixture. Mix well.

Step 5

Heat the pan in a medium flame and stir well until it become the consistency of a kurukku. Switch off the flame.

Step 6

Tasty Ragi kurukku is ready.
