Here we are sharing recipe of a simple dip that can be quickly made at home with only a few ingredients that can be combined with spicy snacks like ullivada, uzhunnu vada, bajjis and samoosas.
It is a dip that can simply made within a few minutes, and it does not even need to heat or cook anything.

Ingredients
- Onion-2
- Ginger-1
- Garlic-2-3cloves
- Coriander leaves- as required
- Curry leaves - as required
- Salt- as required
- Chilli powder- 2tspn
- Vinegar- 1tablespoon
Method
Step 1
1) Chop 2 onion, ginger - small piece and 2-3 cloves of garlic into small pieces.
Step 2
2) Take a jar and add all the items into it and make it into a paste.
Step 3
3)Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and then mix it well. Tasty and quick dip is ready.
Step 4
Note: You can reduce or increase the amount of chilli powder as per your preference.
