Delicious, spicy and healthy tapioca Ulathu with Spicy Fish curry. Enjoy the unique taste of Kerala!
- Tapioca - 1 kg
- Shallots finely chopped - 12
- Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil
Clean tapioca and cut into small cubes. Add 1/2 cup water and salt to taste to the tapioca pieces. Mix well in a pressure cooker. Then allow the tapioca to cook well.
For seasoning sauté chopped shallots in coconut oil until golden brown and to this add chilli flakes and curry leaves. Add the cooked tapioca to this after draining excess water and mix well in the seasoning. Tasty Kappa Ullathu is ready. Serve with black tea or with spicy fish curry
