Kerala Beef Fry Recipe 

Here is an easy Kerala beef fry recipe. This is one of the traditional style of preparing beef in Kerala. There are lots of variations of beef fry is available in Kerala. Here we are making one of the easiest beef fry recipe.

Ingredients

  • Sliced Beef -500 gm
  • Red Chilli Powder -2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric Powder -1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tea spoon
  • Pepper Powder -1/2 tea spoon
  • Grinded Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Sliced Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger
  • Boiled Water-2 cups
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coconut Oil
  • Salt to Taste

Method

Step 1

Take a Pressure Cooker and add the sliced Beef, turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chilli Powder, ginger garlic paste, grinded spice mixture, boiled water and salt and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Now heat coconut oil in a pan, add the above mixture and fry until deep brown for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add sliced ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander and curry leaves to the beef mixture.

Step 4

Cook for 2 minutes. Spicy Beef fry is ready. Serve hot with Plain Rice, Appam or Puttu.
