Kiwi Milkshake is a simple and delicious shake recipe. Fruit based smoothies are an easy way to increase the consumption of fruits in our diet and in turn nourish the body with essential nutrients.

- Kiwi fruit - 2 nos
- Chilled milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
Peel the kiwi fruits and grind it into fine puree.
Add chilled milk and sugar into it and blend well.
Pour shake into serving glasses.
Tasty Kiwi Milkshake is ready.
