Kiwi Milkshake is a simple and delicious shake recipe. Fruit based smoothies are an easy way to increase the consumption of fruits in our diet and in turn nourish the body with essential nutrients.

Kiwi’s are highly rich in antioxidants and a good source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Make sure that the kiwis are ripe and sweet. Else it results in a sour juice.   • Kiwi fruit - 2 nos
  • Chilled milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp


Step 1

Peel the kiwi fruits and grind it into fine puree.

Step 2

Add chilled milk and sugar into it and blend well.

Step 3

Pour shake into serving glasses.

Step 4

Tasty Kiwi Milkshake is ready.
