Ingredients
Grind shallots, cumin seeds, garlic, garlic and coconut to a fine paste. Boil 1 cup of water with enough salt in a pan. Take a bowl add the grounded mix, roasted rice flour and black sesame seeds. Mix well. Gradually add enough boiling water to the flour and mix with a spoon. Knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls. Now roll them between your fore finger to make a cylinder shape (Kuzhal) and seal the ends by pressing them together.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry till golden brown colour on medium heat. Tasty, crunchy Kuzhalappam is ready.Method
