Maggi Noodles Cake is one of the super delicious dish and it is easy to make. Spicy vegetable masala and egg mixture gives authentic taste to this dish. Maggi is one food item that needs no introduction if you are particularly from India. It is a companion of all students, graduates living in hostel and people staying abroad alone and away from family.

Noodles are a staple food in many cultures made from unleavened dough which is stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes. While long, thin strips may be the most common, many varieties of noodles are cut into waves, helices, tubes, strings, or shells, or folded over, or cut into other shapes. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added.

Instant noodles were invented by Momofuku Ando and first marketed in Japan in 1958.According to Ando’s method, a bundle of fresh noodles is flash-fried, which dries them out and provides for a long shelf life. Noodles Cake is a great and creative way to cook noodles From snacks that look good, taste good and still have all the essential nutrients to quick meals that can be put into the Tiffin.
Maggi Cake is made with instant Maggi, some veggies and spices. It is a delicious dish that can be served in a tiffin.

Ingredients

  • Maggi noodles - 1 packet
  • Eggs - 4 nos
  • Onions - 1 no ( chopped )
  • Carrot - 1 no ( chopped )
  • Beans - 50 gm ( chopped )
  • Cabbage - 50 gm ( chopped )
  • Green chilly - 3 nos ( chopped )
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Cheese - 1 slice
  • Water - 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Clean and chop all the vegetables.

Step 2

Boil 1-1/2 cups of water in a pan, add the maggi noodles and cook on a medium flame for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of butter and add the chopped onion. When onion becomes cooked, add chopped carrots, chopped beans, chopped cabbage, green chilly and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Take a bowl and beat eggs together with salt and pepper. Add boiled maggi noodles, cooked vegetables, coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 5

Heat 1 tbsp of butter on a pan, pour the batter on the pan and spread this batter. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on very low flame. After 10 minutes using a plate, flip the noodles cake to the other side and cook for other 10 minutes. Switch of the flame. Put cheese slice to the top of this noodles cake.

Step 6

Keep this cool to for 5 minutes and transfer to a plate.

Step 7

Yummy Maggi Noodles Cake is ready.
