Mango Sago Dessert Recipe – Delicious Sago Dessert
Mango Sago Dessert is a simple and easy to make dish. The cooked sago is mixed with diced mango, coconut milk, fresh milk and sugar.
Mangoes are a great source of vitamin E. Mango leaves help normalize insulin levels in the blood. The traditional home remedy involves boiling leaves in water, soaking throughout the night and then consuming the filtered decoction in the morning.
Sago is very useful when you have problem of indigestion. You can take sago in any form when you have stomach problem.

Ingredients
- Sago - 100 gm
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Milk - 100 ml
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 5 tsp
- Mango - 2 nos
Method
Step 1
Soak sago in water for 10 minutes. Drain water from the soaked sago.
Step 2
Heat a wide bottomed vessel and boil water. Then add sago to boiling water and cook on low flame until sago turns completely transparent and soft to touch. Transfer sago to a strainer, rinse under cold running water and then drain well. Set aside.
Step 3
Peel and slice the mango into small cubes.
Step 4
In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Set aside to cool.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, combine cooled coconut milk mixture, cooked sago and diced mangoes. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
Step 6
Tasty Mango Sago Dessert is ready,
