- Pumpkin cut into cubes - 250 gm
- Cold milk - 1 1/2 glass
- Water - 1/2 glass
- Ice cubes (if you like chilled milkshake)
Method
Step 1
Cook 250 grams of pumpkin in 1/2 glass of water.
Step 2
Once pumpkin is cooked and soft, allow this to cool.
Step 3
Grind the cooked pumpkin with milk in a blender.
