Tasty Paneer Tikka….a very easy recipe for your next party!!!!
Ingredients
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) - 250 grams
- Green and Red Capsicum - 1 each cut into cubes
- Onions - 2 cut into cubes
- Tikka powder - 6 spoons
- Yoghurt - 4 spoons
- Pepper powder - 1 spoon
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well and marinate paneer for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Step 2
After 1 hour keep the marinated paneer outside refrigerator to bring it into room temperature .
Step 3
Place each items on bamboo stick in alternate order and microwave for 15 to 20 minutes. Your hot and tasty Paneer Tikka is ready to serve.
Step 4
Decorate with Fresh cherry tomatoes. Note: instead of using microwave cooking you can grill this on a pan by sprinkling some olive oil.
