You just need a few ingredients. First you have to fry the pappads (പപ്പടം). You have to make the masala for the stir fry with coconut and mix it. That’s all. You will have a tasty dish within minutes. Serve hot to enjoy the crispiness of pappads along with the spicy coconut masala.

Ingredients
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the pappad (പപ്പടം). Keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds splutters, add red chilly and stir for 2 minutes. Add chopped shallots and saute for 2 minutes. Add grated coconut to this and fry for some time. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to this and mix well for 2 minutes. Crush fried pappadams and add to the coconut mix. Mix well and again stir for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Tasty Pappadam Thoran is ready.Method
