Ingredients
- Passion Fruit - 2 nos
- Chilled milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 scoop
Method
Step 1
Cut the passion fruit into half and scrap out the pulp with the seed.
Step 2
Add sugar into this pulp. Mix it well and strain the juice out through a strainer.
Step 3
Now add the passion fruit juice, chilled milk and vanilla ice cream in the blender and blend for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour shake into serving glasses.
Step 5
Yummy Passion Fruit Milkshake is ready.
