Ingredients
Clean and chop the pineapple and grind them into paste and keep aside. Take a bowl and add corn flour with 1/2 cup of water. Heat a pan and add 1/2 cup water and allow it to boil. Then add pineapple paste, yellow food colour, cornflour mix and cook for 5 minutes or till the water evaporates. Add 1 glass of milk into this pan and stir well. Add sugar and stir continuously in a medium heat. Then add 4 tsp ghee, cardamom powder & fried cashew nuts and cook till the ghee separates. Grease a plate with ghee and pour into a plate and let it cool down. Cut into pieces. Tasty pineapple halwa is ready.Method
