Ingredients
- Pomegranate - 1 no
- Chilled Milk - 3 cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 scoop
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Chilled Water - 3 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Deseed the pomegranate and set aside ( Cut pomegranate into half and then just start hitting the back of the fruit with a wooden ladle. All the seeds will come off easily ).
Step 2
Add the pomegranate seeds in the blender along with 3 tbsp of water and blend. Strain the juice with a strainer.
Step 3
Now add the pomegranate juice, chilled milk, vanilla ice cream and sugar in the blender and blend again for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour shake into serving glasses and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Step 5
