Ingredients
Heat jaggery with water, to make jaggery syrup, in a pan. When jaggery dissolves completely, switch off the flame and strain it to remove the impurities. Add cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup, and heat it again. Cook jaggery until it reaches one string consistency. Take the pori in a wide vessel and add jaggery syrup to the pori and mix well. Apply ghee on palm and make small balls from this mixture. Tasty Pori unda is ready to serve.Method
